Hearing of Public Grievances by Senior Executives
The senior executives of the Company would hear grievances of the public on matters relating to the Company at the specified timings. No prior appointment is required for this purpose.
The details of the Officers and the timings in which they would hear the grievances at various locations [other than the days on which they are not available in station or on leave] are indicated below:
